Brad was great to work with, he’s professional, extremely competent, timely, and kind; he answered all of our questions and kept us informed during the entire process.

A BIG shout out to Brad and the roofing crew for their extremely impeccable work! They set up tarps to protect our lawn/shrubs, and ensured there were no loose nails or leftover debris before leaving our property. Also, they completed the job in a day which is so important in Minnesota due to our ever-changing weather.

Was a little skeptical at first, was not familiar with Affordable Exteriors Roofing but my skepticism was gone after the first couple of visits and I was in complete awe after the crew came.

Affordable Exteriors did a great job installing new shingles on our house/garage plus two other buildings on our property. Clayton and Jordan were super to work with because of their attention to detail and responsiveness. Due to some serious health issues I experienced last fall, and being in the hospital, I was not even aware of the significant hail damage that our roofs had suffered from a major storm! We were so thankful that Clayton stopped by our home and asked if he could inspect our roofs. During his inspection, he spotted hail damage. Then after a thorough inspection by our insurance company, they informed us that we had considerable hail damage. Setting up the schedule for the installation of the new shingles went smoothly and the work was done very quickly…which was appreciated! We recommend Affordable Exteriors if you need a roofing job.

I had a great experience with Affordable Exteriors. Their team members helped me through the insurance claim process and were very responsive to any questions I had. The team had my new roof on in one workday and all the workers were extremely friendly and considerate.

This company helped us through the inspection process which was challenging. The insurance company was not going to approve a new roof. The roofing company pushed for a second inspection and met the adjuster and he finally agreed with the roofing company that we in fact need a new roof. This was in the fall and as it got colder Josh suggested we wait until spring and said we would be first on their list. We picked out the color of the shingles and they showed up in early May to install it. They were very professional, friendly and did an awesome job.
